TRES ESTRELLAS EL PERVERTIDO 2010 - Natural whole berry fermentation, unfiltered, unfined Shiraz. Stewed fruit with a hint of cinnamon. A full bodied wine worthy of the name.

Santa Cecilia Wines
Santa Cecilia concentrates on Chenin Blanc and uses the differences between barrels (pronounced by the use of natural wild yeasts and different vineyard blocks) to produce two wines, essentialy the same cultivar, but different in character. Creatively it is called no 1 and no 2.
The Wine Kollective Riebeek Kasteel
SANTA CECILIA 1 CHENIN BLANC 2011 - 75% Chenin Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanc, 5% Viognier. Natural wild yeast, fermented in the barrel. The same blend as the Santa Cecilia 2, but using the driest barrels. Stunning apple and citrus with a crisp clean mouth feel. With food or without food, the best thing to a Santa Cecilia is another Santa Cecilia! R 75
   
SANTA CECILIA 2 CHENIN BLANC 2011 - 75% Chenin Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanc, 5% Viognier. Natural wild yeast, fermented in the barrel. Slightly higher residual sugar than the Santa Cecilia 1. A fuller wine with the same apple and citrus flower notes. Or maybe it is roses? A perfect social lubricant. R 60
